Website purpose

Qi Intuitive Healing provides information about its wellness services and ways to contact the business.

Information provided voluntarily

Visitors may contact Qi Intuitive Healing by telephone, text messaging where supported, or email. Information voluntarily communicated may include names, contact details, service inquiries, appointment details, and other information visitors choose to share.

Please do not send payment-card information or sensitive medical information through ordinary email. Telephone, messaging and email services also process communications through their own systems.

Client records and business operations

Qi Intuitive Healing may maintain client contact information, appointment histories, and related business records to manage client relationships, organize appointments, review business activity, and improve services and business operations over time.

Client records are maintained separately from the public website. Business records may be managed using locally operated software.

The website itself does not currently provide customer accounts, online appointment forms, or payment processing.

The business intends to use locally operated business-management software. This does not mean that all historical records have already been transferred to that software. Local storage alone does not guarantee confidentiality.

Website infrastructure

Cloudflare is the selected infrastructure provider for delivering and protecting the static website. In delivering and securing a deployed website, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, request data, browser or device information, and security-related information. Cookies, analytics and tracking

The current website does not intentionally operate business analytics or advertising-tracking scripts. It does not implement first-party customer accounts or tracking cookies, and its code does not use browser local or session storage.

Cloudflare security and infrastructure services may process technical information or use functional cookies depending on enabled configurations. This policy does not assert which Cloudflare account settings are enabled or promise that absolutely no visitor information is processed.

External services

Outbound links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram lead to independent services with their own privacy practices. Those services are not embedded or automatically loaded by the current website. Phone and email links open the visitor’s chosen application.

Future changes

Website analytics, online booking, payments and other data-collection features may be introduced later. None are active today. Relevant privacy disclosures will be reviewed and updated before such features are introduced.
